Feed The Birds, Save Your Seed
Thousands of delighted bird lovers have confirmed it: Brome�s Squirrel Buster Plus technology is truly squirrel proof!
This tube feeder features a shroud in its bottom section near the feeding ports. Openings in the shroud align with the seed ports and provide access to the seed. When a squirrel or particularly large bird climbs on the feeder, its weight automatically forces the shroud down and closes the seed ports. Squirrels and large birds are foiled but not harmed in any way.
The feeder�s perches are adjustable in length and lock in place. Thick perches and textured surfaces provide a secure and comfortable grip for birds. The perches can be shortened to attract small birds and deter larger birds or extended to attract medium sized birds as well as smaller ones.
The Squirrel Buster Plus also features the optional Cardinal Ring. Cardinals prefer to grip a thick, textured perch that faces the food source directly. The Cardinal Ring is designed specifically to attract cardinals to your feeder.
The feeder also features a patented ventilation system that allows hot, humid air to be pushed up by fresh air as it enters through the seed ports. The hot air, which could cause mold and ruin the seed, escapes through waterproof vents at the top of the feeder, saving your food and your money.
